Police SC will go up against Havelock SC in their second-round clash of the Dialog Inter-club League Rugby Tournament 2019/20 at Police Park in Colombo tomorrow (08).
Police SC, currently at third place on the points table, will look to get back to winning ways after a disappointing performance last week when they went down 24 – 44 to Navy SC on home turf.
Havelock SC too are coming off a loss, having been beaten 30 – 17 by CR & FC at Longdon Place last Saturday. The Havies will be looking for revenge after suffering a 24 – 36 loss to Police in their first-round matchup on December 6 last year and could overtake Police on the points table with a strong performance tomorrow.
Havelock SC have made four changes to their team with Zayan Sabar, Vimukthi Rahula, Dinushan Ariyapala and full-back Santhush Algama joining the starting XV.
Havelock SC: Zayan Sabar, Azmir Fajudeen, Faiz Abdullah, Ganidu Lakshan, Umesha Madushanka, Shawket Lahir, Senal Silva, Daiyan Sabar, Vimukthi Rahula, Sandesh Jayawickrama, Keshan Kavinda, Theekshana Dassanayake, Dinushan Ariyapala, Naveen Henakankanamage and Santhush Algama.
