DS Senanayake unbeaten hockey champions

DS Senanayake College’s under 14 hockey team ended as unbeaten champions in the all island hockey tournament, organised by the Ministry of Education and conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Hockey Federation at the University of Peradeniya ground, Kandy. 

They beat Kingswood College 3-0, Elwala Vidyalaya Matale 1-0, drew with Dharmadutha College Badulla 0-0, drew with Trinity College 0-0 and beat Bandaranayake Vidyalaya Gampaha 4-0.

DS Senanayake was coached by Chatura Kalum Rupasinghe with Ravindu Lakruwan as assistant coach.
