Binuka, Tharindu, Manuja guide Rahula to massive win

Half tons by Binuka Sanketh and Tharindu Rajapakse and a five-wicket haul by Manuja Dulneth paved the way for Rahula College Matara to record a massive 153-run win over Karandeniya Central in the Under 19 inter-school limited over tournament match played at Matara yesterday.


The duo’s knocks helped Rahula batting first to make a formidable score of 259 for 7 and Manuja’s fiver enabled Rahula to bundle out Karandeniya Central for a low score of 106 runs.
In the other matches played Sri Devananda MV Ambalangoda, Wadduwa Central and Prince College Ratnapura won their matches.
