SLS gears for high-performance coaching and fitness expertise

Sri Lanka Squash (SLS) with a five-year plan to boost the medal winning prospects of the sport has signed up with Sri Lankan young coaching talent to support the development and potential high-performance team training.
Gihan Suwaris and Naduni Gunwardena have come on board under a focused programme to build the skills and international game success of potential players. Physical fitness expert Ashan Gamlath who was with Sri Lanka Squash from 2020 renewed his association with SLS to improve the standard of the players further. Both Suwaris and Gunawardena are Former top National players who have represented Sri Lanka at Asian Games, Commonwealth Games and Asian Squash Championships conducted by Asian Squash Federation (ASF) who have now taken up coaching as young professional squash coaches carrying a wealth of experience.
