Alliance for Peoples Struggle to name its presidential candidate today

Alliance for Peoples Struggle which comprises the Frontline Socialist Party and those who staged protests in 2022 is to name its presidential candidate today.   Frontline Socialist Party Secretary Educational affairs Pubudu Jayagoda said the candidate will be named during a meeting which will be held at the Public Library today.   

“Our candidate will be one who was at the forefront of the Aragalaya (street protests) of 2022,” he said.
