Cabinet Ministers donate August salary to COVID-19 fund

The Cabinet Ministers decided to forgo their August salary to be donated to COVID-19 fund. Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa submitted a proposal in this regard.

In his latest address to the nation, President Gotabaya Rajapaksa asked people to brace for sacrifices if the quarantine curfew is imposed for a prolonged period.
