Dhammika ups holding in Softlogic Finance

Business magnate Dhammika Perera has increased his shareholding in the Softlogic group subsidiary, Softlogic Finance PLC, the latest financial statements of the company for the period ended December 31, 2016 indicated.
Perera is now featured among the top 20 shareholders of Softlogic Finance PLC, directly owning 0.99 percent of shares in the company.
Perera already held 3.54 percent of Softlogic Finance shares through LB Finance PLC.
The Astrue Alpha Fund, which was the fourth largest shareholder in Softlogic Finance with 2.24 percent of the shareholding during the quarter ended September 2016, was absent among the top 20 shareholders in the latest financial statements.
Meanwhile, the Janashakthi group-controlled First Capital Limited has managed to increase its shareholding in Softlogic Finance from 0.64 percent to 1.15 percent during the three months as well.
