Video: Two killed; 3 injured in motor cycle accident

A-28-year-old motor cyclist and a-seven –months-old infant were killed and three others injured at Arakavila in Ingiriya when their motor cycle plunged into a precipice this morning, police said.

They said the victims, mother, father and their two kids were coming to the Arakavila junction on a friend’s motor cycle to catch a bus plying to Colombo when the tragedy occurred.

The injured were admitted to the Padukka Hospital and were transferred to the Kalubovila Hospital. (Siri mahabellana)
