Update: Udayanga Weeratunga remanded

Colombo,January 10 (Daily Mirror) - Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Russia, Udayanga Weeratunga, who was arrested over assault of a neighbor, has been remanded until January 17 after being produced before the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court.

Police said that he was arrested today by the Mirihana Police in connection with an incident involving the assault of a neighbor.
