Prasanna Ranatunga appointed Chief Government Whip

Minister Prasanna Ranatunge was appointed as the Chief Government Whip today in place of Johnston Fernando, who was holding that slot previously.

The latter was not included in the Cabinet of Ministers which was sworn in today.
