Monk who launches fast unto to death at Galle Face Green admitted to CNH

Venerable Theripaha Siridhamma Thero who launched a fast unto death campaign at the Galle Face protest site was admitted to the Colombo National Hospital after falling ill, hospital sources said.

They said the Thera was admitted to the ETU at the General Hospital this morning.

Siridhamma Thero commenced the fast unto death opposite the President’s Office in Galle Face Green in Colombo on Wednesday.
