Memorandum of Cooperation signed between Japan, Sri Lanka

Japan and Sri Lanka signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on the Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM) for Low Carbon Growth Partnership this afternoon (10) at the Presidential Secretariat.

The Memorandum of Cooperation was signed by the Secretary Ministry of Environment Dr. Anil Jasinghe and Japanese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Misukoshi Hideki.

Subsequently, the Japanese Ambassador met President Ranil Wickremesinghe and engaged in a cordial discussion.
