Latest protest site ’Horu Go Gama’ set up near Parliament

A group of students of the Inter-University Students Federation (IUSF), set up a protest camp 'Horu Go Gama' along the road leading to the parliament. 

This protest camp is the latest site set up againstPresident Gotabaya Rajapaksa and the government. 

The IUSF launched a protest march from the University of SriJayawardenapura to the Parliament Road last evening and the police later fired tear gas to disperse the students.

However, the protesters set up a camp along the road leading to the parliament and continued to protest. (Darshana Sanjeewa Balasuriya)
