CEB requests to have power cuts on April 18, 19, 20

The Ceylon Electricity Board today requested the Public Utilities Commission  of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) to approve scheduled power cuts until April 20 from tomorrow.

As a result, the CEB requested a four-hour and twenty-minute power outage on Monday (18), as well as four-hour and fifty-minute outages on Tuesday (19) and Wednesday (20).

The power cut will be imposed from 8 a.m. until 10.30 p.m on two occasions. 

As a result, a three-hour and twenty-minute power outage during the day and a one-hour and thirty-minute power outage during the night were requested.
