WAIDYARATNE – THILLAKA (nee JAYAWARDENE).  Dearly  beloved wife of late General Cecil Waidyaratne, daughter of Major T.F. Jayawardene and Phyllis Jayawardene, loving mother of Niro and Ruwan, mother-in-law of Devika, grandmother of Shanik and Suni, Amrith and Shenelka and Yadesh, great-grandmother of Rahel, expired. Cortege leaving residence No. 76/1, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 3, at 3.00 p.m. Tuesday 16th of July for cremation at the New Crematorium, Borella General Cemetery at 4.00 p.m. No flowers by request.
