Youth aged between 20 and 30 have shown a less interest in getting their vaccination not because of mythical beliefs such as sexual dysfunction but they are waiting for the Pfizer vaccine, Former JVP MP Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said today.

He told a webinar organised by the National peoples’ Power (NPP) that there has been a huge demand for Pfizer vaccine.

He said the Government did not heed to recommendations and guidance of the experts in providing Pfizer vaccine and added that it was done solely on political needs.

“Administering of the Pfizer vaccine was not done on the advice of the virology experts. Who should receive the Pfizer vaccine was decided by the political authority not by the experts, Dr. Jayatissa said. (Ajith Siriwardana)

Talking nonsense. Pfizer was not able to supply . We had ordered months ago and even opened lLC s through world bank and add facilities but the earliest they can supply of the 1st 4 million was in October. If we had waited we would not have vaccinated more than 5 percent and not 50 percent

Nonsense. Pfizer was able to supply, but the government ordered first for themselves and after that they ordered crap Sinopharm for normal citizens. The first Pfizer and AstraZenica went to VIPs and their connections. Even doctors gave priority to their healthy young relatives.

Nobody should be made responsible for others health. Its you who should take care of you. If anyone has a problem please opress the country which created the virus not the antivaxxers.

If you have to be persuaded, reminded pressured, lied to, incentivised, guilt-tripped, threatened, punished and criminalised- if all this is considered necessary to gain compliance-You can be absolutely certain that what is being promoted is not in your best interest!
