Anyone attempting to enter the Central Province (CP) unnecessarily except for any urgent matter or official purpose will be subject to PCR tests, Central Province Governor Lalith U. Gamage said.
He said this at a media briefing held at the Central Provincial COVID-19 steering Committee yesterday.
The Governor said though all necessary steps have been taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Central Province, all such efforts will be in vain if the people act irresponsibly. (CS)

Does it mean that anybody entering CP for urgent matter or official purpose does not carry covid virus? Theoritically, everybody should be tested with PCR if such a fear is generated.
