Speaker Karu Jayasuriya yesterday informed Parliament that he would have to reconsider handing over recordings of MP Ranjan Ramanayake to parliament MPs as the recordings contained mostly filth.
"There are various views as the recording refer to names of MPs. I decided to allow the MPs to listen to the recording as they have to clear their names. However more than gossip, the recordings contain mostly filth." said the Speaker.
