The government has declared April 11 and 12 as a special public holiday in view of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, the Public Administration Ministry said.
Ministry Secretary J.J. Rathnasiri said a circular in this regard will be issued with immediate effect. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
