After extending the call for applications for the 2021 G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) and the Grade Five Scholarship examinations will end today (15).
The Examinations Department announced the extension of the said examinations on September 2 while taking into consideration the prevailing pandemic situation in the country
Accordingly, the due date for accepting applications for sitting for the 2021 GCE A/L Examination had been called from schools and private candidates from July 5 to 30.
All applications will be called only for online-based system, the examinations department said.
To apply online, applicants are requested to visit the Examinations Department's official website www.doenets.lk or the Department's Official Mobile App "DoE" and read the relevant instructions carefully and submit the application online accordingly.
Government school students should apply for the above examination using the usernames and passwords which have already been given to the principals of the relevant schools.
Private applicants are required to complete the application form in person in accordance with the relevant instructions.
Thereafter, the applicants should obtain a hard copy and keep it safe with them to present when demanded. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
