Former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has said there is time to decide on his private residence down Fifth Lane in Colombo 3 , the Daily Mirror learns.
Mr. Wickremesinghe had come up with this remark when UNP Chairman Vajira Abeywardene inquired about his private residence when they met to discuss party matters.
Mr. Abeywardene had asked about media reports indicating that Mr. Wickremesinghe had decided to donate his private residence to Royal College, Colombo when he is no more.
" There is time to think of the future of my private residence as I am still living," he had told Mr. Abeywardene.
