With the detection of a person affected with COVID -19 travelling to Kalawana from the Kandakadu Centre, a search operation was launched by the Kalawana PHI’s office to identify the places visited by the person.  

 Information has been received that this person had visited shops in Kalawana, a State Bank, Pharmacy and several other public places and houses. Eleven members of his household had been sent to Diyatalawa for quarantine.
