The Commercial Bank of Ceylon is igniting festive cheer by offering discounts of up to 50 percent for its credit and debit card holders at more than 3500 merchant outlets islandwide.
Covering every conceivable seasonal craving from vacations at luxury hotels, overseas travel and home makeoversto wardrobe upgrades and an assortment of shopping, entertainment and dining options, the seasonal offers launched by the country’s leading private bank can be enjoyedon specified days or periods until the end of 2021 by cardholders and includes Easy Payment Plans for up to 60 months on a range of credit card purchases.
The bank has partnered with 350 merchants, encompassing 165 clothing and fashion accessories partners, 25 shoes and leather wear partners, 19 jewellery partners, 27 lifestyle store partners, nine salon, spa and cosmetic boutique partners, eight watches and accessories partners, 39 online shopping partners, six supermarket partners, six healthcare partners, and 36 travel agentswho will offer specified discounts on credit as well as debit cards.
The Easy Payments Plans will be available on credit card purchases of electronic home appliances and furniture from 20 leading lifestyle brands. Other special promotions during this period include discounts of up to 60 percent on holiday stays at 80 partner hotels and ‘Dine and Smile’promotions at 50 popular restaurants. Commercial Bank credit and debit cards offer year-round promotions covering a wide variety of services. Commercial Bank was the first bank to offer loyalty rewards for both credit and debit card holders under its Max Loyalty Rewards Points scheme. The bank was also a pioneer in extending promotional discount offers which were traditionally only offered for credit cards to its debit cards.
