Ex-CJ’s lawyers seek ruling on initial objections

Lawyers appearing for Chief Justice 43 Dr. Shirani Bandaranayake yesterday sought a ruling on the preliminary objections filed previously alleging that two of the three Commissioners were biased. They also called for a comprehensive investigation into an article published in a State-owned newspaper last week which had allegedly foretold the outcome of the ongoing inquiry.
