This event caused a heavy traffic jam yesterday morning and resulted in a half an hour delay to reach the office ! Why don't this organizations/authorities consider the harassment the public should go through and the real cost implications ? When will Sri Lanka learn ?

Oh SLT, Before spending so much on those activities try to invest on customer service improvements. This is just useless . Please protect it as it is a Sri Lankan company. Do not bankrupt the organisation
