How can people walk into the CID to make a complaint?? Nobody can. There is a mechanism in that how a Complaint to be entertained. Todays CID is like a politician's brothel. Just walk in to make a complaint. CID got only limited staff. How could they just entertain complaints? No wonder no inquiry gets completed
