Granting of "Virusara Privilege Card"

The sixth-phase of granting “Virusara Privilege Card” to war heroes and their family members, were held yesterday under the patronage of the State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardane at the Magampura International Convention Centre. The ceremony saw a total of 1,002 beneficiaries including 642 from Army, 194 from Navy, 91 from Air Force, 67 from Police and 08 from Civil Security Department, receiving the “Virusara Privilege Cards”.Pix by Pradeep Pathirana
