People with Decency, Ethics and Morals, are watching the show and keep wondering how some who we know as decent like the former COPE head are able to join hands with known unscruplous people to run the country ? Even under former rule of MR there were professors who had no scruples but were happy when given positions and enjoy seeing the world.

What is emerging with the merger of SLFP and SLPP amounts to a political farce !!! The previous comments show that the people in the country see through this wrong and useless political game and assess it absolutely correctly! The voters, who have known the characters of these politicians for a very long time, will give the appropriate answers!
