Only yesterday you yourself declared that you are a good practising buddhist (though nobody would say that about you). From this statement we can realise what a pip squeak humbug you have been made by the Masters of this regime.

Citizen Perera Thursday, 06 December 2012 10:00 AM

It is better to have media control on Government controlled media.

    Kautilya Thursday, 06 December 2012 10:03 AM

Why you scared for the truth to be told to the people. The government is not a private property as you think

    Hardball Thursday, 06 December 2012 06:39 AM

They themselves seem to realized this is a fiasco.

    Fernando, k. Thursday, 06 December 2012 09:22 AM

What do these people think of Srilankans? a bunch of fools and idiots? Shame on those who elected them as their reps.!

    Fairose Thursday, 06 December 2012 09:10 AM

And give only free hand for the government media to sling mud at "Chief Justice". Recently we see a renoun thug who give cut out to media intimidating and insulting the chief justice. Where does the ruler take this country to? It is a shame on the ruler. The law abiding citizen silently watch for the right time.

    Roshan Thursday, 06 December 2012 08:16 AM

Don't blame him, he is just dancing to the tune of the top.

Calistus Jayatilleke Thursday, 06 December 2012 07:36 AM

Funny enough, he did not think of "guidelines" when releasing the list of unproven charges agaisnt the Chief Justice to print and other media to create sensationalism and wrong ideas in the minds of the people. Come on, enough of this cheap drama.

Gong Haraka Thursday, 06 December 2012 07:28 AM

Ladies and Gentlemen, We should think only one thing. its a fate of injustice judgement for justice cases. So let Cj also face and see how painful and stressfull it is.

SAMAN DOLOSWALA Thursday, 06 December 2012 07:24 AM

do you want to keep the happenings on the govt side a secret.since there is nothing to report on.

Raja Raju Thursday, 06 December 2012 07:02 AM

    Another name for censorship.
If you don't have nothing to hide, why this?

    P Soysa Thursday, 06 December 2012 07:01 AM

Afraid the people will get to know the truth?

    Banduka Thursday, 06 December 2012 06:58 AM

All this a waste of public funds... politicians, public servants including the CJ should all be ashamed of their conduct.... everyone is for themselves only.

    Ramzeel Thursday, 06 December 2012 06:54 AM

Signs of muzzling the media in a dictatorial state.

    dilshan Thursday, 06 December 2012 06:49 AM
