The cost of accidents are easily over 25,000,000,000, loss of life unaccountable........

Why aren't the authorities not concerned about road accidents?

Indicates the lethargy, inability, unawareness, concern for the job at hand by the authorities...

The miracle of Asia, get hacked to death, get shot to death, go missing, contract killing, rape and we play rugby under lights. Nice.
