There is no animal scarification can be found in any Hindu Ahamas,Shastras, Idihasas or Puranas.Animal scarification is height of madness which was introduced by some semi educated idiots of the recent centuries for their own gains.
Unfortunately the religion is often misled by so called Priests and Black Magicians. This madness should be stopped and the people involved should be punished severely.Surprisingly, Karunanidhi is an atheist but supports these madness because for the vote bank policy.
