Stones pelted

An armed gang had pelted stones at Northern Provincial Council Fisheries Minister Ponnuthurai Aingaranesan and Council member Arnold’s houses in Jaffna this morning, sources said.

Several windows have been damaged in the incident. Councilor and the minister had lodged a complaint with the Kopay Police.  (S.K. Prasath & Sumathi Thangarasa)
