Giving jobs wont stop these kind of acts.
They are not stealing a loaf of bread or something they can sell to buy food for them and for the starving family.
These are the organized crime businesses by well armed gangs, robbing millions. Only solution is eradicating them at sight to give the message to others, just what Police has done this time.

The HR groups will spin into action seeking inquiries into HR violations of the robber gang. The UN should hold the GOSL responsible for HR violations of these youth who have gone astray and bring trade and economic embargos on GOSL.
How else could the entire world be free of Terrorism, organised crime and petty crimes?
