Police protection for Nawagaththegama teacher

Police security has been provided to the house of Nawagaththegama Navodya School teacher Susila Herath, who was forced to kneel before a politician, police said.

Following a directive by the Anamaduwa Court, two police men were deployed at the house of the teacher.(Hiran Priyankara)

    This is the law and order situation in the country. An innocent lady teacher who was insulted by a political thug has to be given police protection. What a mess this country is in.
