Lots of people can't even afford to buy food ... but this is not being spoken of, in public, as people are ashamed. This is another serious problem we have here. Our people try to cover-up livelihood problems, fearing social stigma. This shouldn't be so. Let's speak the truth. Aren't we all affected in one way or another? Maybe this mother had difficulty in feeding her children? I suspect this is why it is claimed that the reason for this is not known yet.

How do these mothers get poisonous substances, won't the police investigate and file cases on the sellers without prescription?
