Cool, are you sure? they'll not be terrorists again?

Good move but that is not sufficient. Need to have a mechanism to integrate their strength into the economy. To prevent them become frustrated it is our responsibility to provide them employment or viable self employment opportunities is a must. The on going development in the field of Hospitality trade requires more man power and give them knowledge and skills through an intensive courses related to the said field would help youngsters to find out prospective employment in SL and overseas as well. New investments only to construct hotels is not effective, unless we invest more funds to develop manpower.

Sorry, old buddy, none of these things will ever be done. These people will be abandoned to fend for themselves. And this is exactly what happened in the past that led them to take up arms in the first place. Alright, they will give it a try and if that doesn't work they will be looking for another messiah and that is for sure!

Of course, they should fend themselves in the society. What about the families of the soldiers, who paid with their lives to the Nation?
