With all your arrests and charges of drunk driving and so on which amounts to 328 for a 12 hour period, still 12 people have died. Even that many people havent died in other forms of violence. Is it because of POLICE inefficiency or are you catching the wrong guys and letting the big fish go free? Better we declare CURFEW for the next NEW YEAR. Atleast families wont lose there loved ones and the POLICE wont have to get people to blow balloons. Though millions have enjoyed the birth of a New Year, what would be going in the minds of those who have lost there loved ones? Give a thought for them too!!
