There is a saying in Tamil, "If the person who serves the food line, it does not matter whether you are the first to be served or the last to be served". If the people in the political system (there are rumours that the accused was taken out of bail for night time parties by the powerful) are supporting you, if the people in the police system are happy to cook up things for you, and the people in the legal system are happy to bend for you.... you don't have to worry about anything!!! Only problem is that you may become a victim of the condom theory, and there would be nobody to help you!!! You may go to jail, but can still live like a prince there (in and out)

Intimidation by the political stooges and death threats can make the Dr's bend backwards... but this is not a local who was killed, so credibility issues would be questioned. Interesting to note that a Dr. who just qualified from the Ruhunu university( Ruhunu Puthra's trying to save another fellow puthra) has been the JMO for 6 long years...

Its crystal clear who committed this crime . Its a matter of time . These 134 accused will be in death row very soon . The hotel staff knows who these people are . What they did . But afraid to talk like the person from Colombo 10 . I think by now judge knows to correct story . No need to panic .
