There is some truth in this. Some ladies also wear very skimpy blouses with no arms, etc. general guideline for teachers is a good thing.

I think TEACHERS should NOT wear sarees BELOW NAVEL at SCHOOL. School is NOT a place for FASHION PARADE. They can do this in the evenings when they attend parties.
