Falling trees damage vehicles, houses

Several houses and vehicles were damaged due to the strong wind that was reported from areas in De Saram place, National Hospital, Kirulapana and Dematagoda today.

The Fire Brigade said it was removing trees that had fallen on the roads and at the National hospital premises.

The electricity supply had also been disrupted in several areas due to the bad weather condition.(DMOnline)
