Elections for UNP Leadership today

Elections for the selection of the UNP leadership were held today at 12 noon. Ranil Wickremesinghe and Karu Jayasuriya contested for the Leadership

The road in front of Sirikotha is now crowded with supporters of the two contestants.
A discussion is being conducting to elect a leader without an election.

    Ranil you had so many chances and it is very clear you cannot provide the leadership the UNP needs to win elections. We definitely need a change in leadership before it is too late.
