This inquiry will consist of sinhalese who are the main perpetrators in this accusation, An inquiry consisting of sinhalese will certainly be biased as they are the main perpetrators in these accusations. Thus much of the criminality could get diluted, ignored or even manipulated in favor of the sinhalese to overcome the subsequent shame. Thus the need for an independent, impartial and transparent inquiry by a UN agency is the correct methodology.

So after all the shouting the regime has finally agreed to hold an inquiry. David Cameron's threat has borne fruit although it will not be admitted accordingly.
This is like using the toilet where you begin with lots of noise before having the matter.
