CJ withdraws from Ceylinco cases

Chief Justice Shirani Bandaranayake announced in open Court that she will no longer hear cases related to the Ceylinco group of companies.

The Chief Justice stated that she had presided over the bench hearing cases related to Golden Key and Sriram companies of the Ceylonco group on the request of the parties but those cases would be taken up before a different bench.
