The 'flying squad' should also arrest the bus drivers who are FLYING on the roads, causing many commuters to be inconvenienced, not to mention the road hazards and life risks they create.

What about private buses? Why not have notice in the bus with a contact or SMS number for the public to inform the authority to take swift action.
