That's a good method. Next time a criminal from bandarawela commits a crime transfer him to akuressa or some such place.

Poor Cop! If he intervened to resolve it, one side would have got him transferred. Now both sides want him transferred. When will the Politicos allow the Law enforcement authorities and the Judiciary to their jobs while they legislate. We NEED a SEPERATION of POWER as it was up to 1972.
