Former president Mahinda Rajapaksa arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry for a second day, to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) over the ITN controversy, this morning.
