Ven. Jamburewela Chandrarathne Thera arrested

Venerable Jamburewela Chandrarathne Thera had been arrested for allegedly causing damage to a Police jeep during a protest march near the Fort Railway Station this morning, the Police said.

They said another individual was also arrested along with the Thera.

The protest march organized by the association of Wives of Disabled Soldiers headed towards the Presidential Secretariat after their protest demonstration in front of the Fort Railway Station.

Government will repair the jeep at tax payers money. Sorry SL you are doomed. Wonder if this was done by a Muslim what the police would have done?? Same spoon different servings I suppose
