A tour guide suspected of sexually harassing a Japanese tourist woman was taken into custody by the Anuradhapura Tourist Police yesterday.
He was arrested on a complaint received from the tourist. She said she was subject to sexual harassment during her visit to Anuradhapura Sacred City.
The suspect was handed over to the Anuradhapura Police for further action. He was to be produced before the Anuradhapura Magistrate yesterday morning.
