When asked whether the Committee had informed the President about it. he said "We learnt that the Committee had decided to summon the President but he had not been informed about it. We want to know if he was informed about it, and if not, why," he asked.

Speaker Karu Jayasuriya said he would inform the matter to the Chairman of the Committee.(Ajith Siriwardana and Yohan Perera)
