I feel others in remand with any charge sheets should be released. The number of prisoners in Anuradhapura Prison is rather more than double capacity. Most the new 'Muslim' inmates have no cases just allegations of the OIC of Horowpatanna who is on a vandetta. Rumour has he is about to to retire and has a history of bad rap. He is trying to make good books by making some money from these innocent lives. He and his colleague Prema are not good as per their colleagues. Bribery is rampant in Horowpattana. Its best to release innocent lives and save face.
